We’re ready when you are.
Congratulations on considering therapy as part of your healing process. Therapy is a gradual process, which we will work together with integrity and transparency. We don’t rush, we build tolerance for what is uncomfortable, and we develop practices that work for you as the person in the driving seat of your own life.
If you are seeking Therapy…
Starting therapy can feel uncertain, especially if you’ve tried before and it didn’t quite go the way you hoped.
At ODAT Counseling, we offer a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out. We are a trauma-focused practice, which means we pay attention not just to what you’ve been through, but how those experiences continue to shape your body, your relationships, and your sense of self.
Our work is thoughtful, relational, and paced with care, so that change doesn’t feel forced, but becomes something you can actually experience and sustain.
For Clinicians…
Alongside my work as a therapist and practice owner, I offer teaching and learning spaces for clinicians who are wanting to deepen their relationship to the work.
My approach has been shaped by mentors and learning environments that made space for uncertainty, depth, and growth—not just competence, but the full experience of becoming. That kind of support isn’t always easy to find, and it’s something I’m intentional about creating and passing on.
I work with therapists who feel drawn to the depth of this work—who want to build confidence, think more expansively, and develop a way of practicing that feels grounded, relational, and truly their own.
This includes consultation, training, and ongoing learning spaces for therapists at different stages of their development.

Testimonials
“Sadia meaningfully explores and navigates expectations, providing transparency as part of the journey to re-discovering the practice of receiving and letting go within the narratives of mourning, meaning and remembrance.”
— L.L.
“After 3 failed attempts at therapy, I am grateful to have found Sadia. She has carefully guided me in overcoming traumatic experiences for the better half of a year. Her counseling philosophy is very down to earth, avoids over pathologizing, and is tailored to her clients in a way that doesn’t feel like work.”
— F. Malik
“Sadia’s approach to therapy is refreshing and appreciated. She is able to help me name things I didn’t have vocabulary for and therefore, help me understand the shadowy feelings without fear. She’s a vital part of my team.”
— Reema M.
